Southwest Arts Center Performance Theater and Gallery presents Reflections on the Rainbow
JULY 15 – AUGUST 9, 2009
An exhibition featuring the works of African American female painters, photographers and printmakers who have captured the theme of Ntozake Shange’s “for colored girls who have considered suicide when the rainbow is enuf,” a True Colors Theater production on stage at the Southwest Arts Center Performance Theater July 12 – August 9. Featured artists include Susan Ross, Lillian Blades, Toya Northington, LeiSha Starchia, Malaika Favorite, Julie Yarbrough, Jerushia Graham, and Marcella Muhammad.
